I live here because the individual condo units offer all that I want or need while in Starkville. This is my primary residence but my wife and I spend a large amount of time traveling or at another condo in Georgia. IT IS INEXPENSIVE
I can own two condos not because I make a lot of money, but because maintaining this one is easy to do. This condo, while one of the nicest in town, is also one of the cheapest to buy. The monthly condo fee is $25 and that takes care of the common grounds and insurance on the buildings. The average electric bill which includes garbage, water and sewage is around $30 a month. I do turn off the hot water heater when out of town, but other than that nothing special. You can go whole hog with a satellite dish or cable or figure that most of the time you are in Starkville it is to see the Bulldogs in person. Five stations come in with rabbit ears. IT IS CONVENIENT
Not only is it located close to the campus, but you can easily sleep six for a week-end of football or a week of baseball.FLEXIBILITY IN BUYING
The builder will gladly work with you to be in your new condo by baseball season or before football next year.
